| Description |
As the name suggests, this is the fourth and final entry in the Strange series of Ms. Pac-Man NES Namco games. The mazes are even weirder and even the items are a bit unorthodox. There are seven mazes in total (levels 26-32 are all of them in the presented order). Items this time around include: Mask from NES Tetris 2, Snifit from Super Mario Bros. 2, Mappy, Cloud from Super Mario Bros. 3, cola can from Pac-Man Plus, flower from the TENGEN Ms. Pac-Man, and Chomp from Super Mario Bros. 3. Maze types: 1 - original, 2 - level 5 from TENGEN Ms. Pac-Man Strange Mode, 3 - level 1 from TENGEN Ms. Pac-Man Strange Mode, 4 - original, 5 - from Pac-Man Arcade Collection, 6 - level 2 from TENGEN Ms. Pac-Man Strange Mode, 7 - Unused Maze #4.
