Hack of Summer Carnival '92 RECCA
Description
This hack will allow to change the maximum number of bullets from 0-255.

Caution:
- When the maximum number of barrages is increased too much, processing becomes very slow in certain situations. (Hard Mode Stage 7, Zanki Attack Boss, etc.)
- When the maximum number of barrages is lower than 10, some or all of the GAMEOVER text will disappear.
- It also affects the number of stars in the ending background.
