Donkey Kong Country 2 - Diddy's Kong Quest Default to Stereo Patch v1.00

This patch was created after user "singhtruer" mentioned on the romhacking message boards that Donkey Kong Country 2 always defaulted to Mono. This simple patch changes the game so that it now defaults to Stereo.

Special Notes:
* US/EU versions default to mono, while the JP release defaults to stereo.
* In all versions of the game, the menu/save screen music stereo mix sounds wrong. There is an echo effect in the track that seems to be at 100% volume on the left channel and 0% on the right. In mono mode the volume sounds correct.

Patch made using bsnes debugger and a hex editor.
