Visual changes:
* New stage colors by Pyron
* Modified Z80 sound driver by Stef (for better voices)
* New title screen and intro animation colors
* 8 new colors for all 16 characters
* Brazilian Portuguese texts (English version is on the way)
* SSFII Turbo style lifebars
* Updated flags and country names (Russia is no longer U.S.S.R)
Gameplay changes:
* The game is now region free.
* Up to 7 stars for speed.
* VS. screen can be skipped quickly by pressing any button.
* Mashable button attacks are easier to perform (half the speed needed).
* Cammy's Cannon Drill recovers 6 frames faster (like arcade version).
* DeeJay's Machine gun Punch now always gets the 4 possible hits.
* Balrog's Turn Punch (PPP) is always "Final".
* Chun-Li, Guile, Bison and Zangief's regular throws now do the same damage as the arcade.
* Guile's Sonic Boom recovery time is now correct (20 frames instead of 12).
* Sagat's High Tiger Shot recovery time is now correct (38 frames instead of 46).
* Vega's Rolling Attack now goes a little further (like the arcade).
