Description
This patch aims to reduce the overly high encounter rate in Last Bible III by keeping the Estoma effect on all the time (i.e., keeping 7E:6F35=FF). Note that this magic only repels low-level encounters, thus does not have much effect on the world map where enemies' levels increases with your team.

Specific changes: $224F~$2255 [AF 35 6F 7E F0 37 3A] changed to [A9 FF EA EA EA EA EA].

The patch can be applied to both the original and Tom's translated ROMs.
