Hack of Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti
Description
- This is a sprite edit and bug fix the the Ghost enemy at Diamond Lake

- Original sprites by Namcot

- So what does this do? The ghost enemies original palette and sprite was not faithful to the artwork that come with the game, in the form of stickers. This fixes that. As well as his animation while face down in water had a whole sprite block not drawn. This fixes that too.

P.S. Note this should have no problems working over the English translation by Spinner 8

Note. version 1.1 has a few pixel edit
