Plot:
Previous day, the King Koopa (alias Bowser) and his brother lost the battle against our plumbers, Mario and Luigi. Thus, they've managed to rescue Princess Peach, who then immediately undid the spell and returned the Mushroom People to their normal selves. The kingdom is saved!
However, the only thing that worried them a little bit is that no rest for the wicked. Nonetheless, the two guys fell deep asleep and shortly a plumber, who is almost similar to them, woke them up on the outer location of the Mushroom Kingdom. It was Super Kevin (also known as Kevin Mario), their dream brother!
After that, Kevin suddenly heard two familiar evil laughing voices along with Princess Peach's screaming from the further castle. Quickly looking sideways he found a paper on the grass by Mario and Luigi:
"Hey! My bro and I have kidnapped Princess
Peach again. She is in my castle and you
can't do anything to rescue her!
HAHAHAHAHA!

Super Kevin puts the paper down and sets out on the ultimate long dream quest to free the Princess and put a sharp end on the King Koopas. Choice is up to you!
The unofficial expansion pack and sequel to the famous Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, which is set in a dream world featuring Mario and Luigi's dream brother, Kevin.
Features:
-9 brand new worlds
-3 brand new bonus worlds (no World D for complicated technical reason)
-new character is Kevin (Kevin Mario/Super Kevin), who can use Mario or Luigi ability
-demo playing has been replaced by game starting (after waiting on the title for long)
-the poison mushroom has own new graphic
-the poison mushroom's block is marked with an exclamation mark
-underground-type level has own platform graphic
-there are only two warp zones, but only in the bonus worlds
-the water has bubblish graphic
-the underground water is darker cyan
-the Lakitu is red and separated from the Spiny
-green version of the Spiny, which is the Spawny (acts like the Spiny, but it can be spawned in level editor independently from the Lakitu (after changing the code)
-the letter font of the game was shrank (like the numbers)
-black piranha plant: upside-down is fast like the red, normal one is slow like the green, but still comes out of the pipe like the red
-the small and the big lift platform have separated palette
-the bonus worlds are in hard mode (faster enemies, Buzzy Beetles, smaller platforms) |
