Liberty or Death is a strategy game made by Koei where you can play as the Americans or British to win the Revolutionary War.
This is an IPS patch for Liberty or Death (Sega Genesis version). This patch specifically gives enhanced body, leadership, tactics, and discipline stats (full 100 rating) to nearly all of the officers on the American side (both American regular army and American militia units). Later in the game if the French and Spanish decide to support the Americans, their officers will also have enhanced stats. This modification does not guarantee that the Americans will win all engagements against the British so proper planning, management, and tactics are still necessary. |
