Secret of Mana -- Enemy Behavior/Stat/Type Changes

This hack contains following patches. They are intended to be used together, but none of them depend on another (so you can use the only ones you want with no consequences). They all change normal monsters' characteristics, such as behavior, stats, or types.
Enemy Behavior Changes:
- Increases the frequencies of spell usage.
- Changes various HP requirements for spell-casting conditions (to prevent stupid AI actions -- looking at you, Wolf Lord).
- Corrects various spell-targeting (to prevent hurting itself or buffing players).
- Spell changes (see the document for more detail).
Enemy Stat Changes:
- Tweaks numerous enemy and boss stats (mostly just HP or MP) -- see the document for more detail.
- Mana Beast's melee attacks got stronger, and inflict Status Effects.
- Increases the EXP from the enemies (slightly), up to Northtown.
Enemy Type and Element Changes:
- This hack changes the type and/or element of various enemies, because: 1. there would be more varieties in the enemy variations, and 2. they make more sense.
Applying Notes:
- Compatible with Relocalized and VWF.
Other Notes:
- Highly recommended that you check out Queue's [Secret of Mana Turbo] hack compilation. It has all of hmsong's hacks (enhanced versions), as well as a LOT of others (some of which make the game significantly better). It even fixes most of the glitches and shortcomings that were present in the original game. And you can toggle which hacks to use (very user-friendly). It is by FAR the best SoM hack.
- Hmsong's hacks in Romhacking.net may be slightly different than the ones in Queue's Turbo hack. That's because the stand-alone hacks are unable to use lots of features that were available in the Turbo hack.
