Description
My First romhack based on Pokemon Red Emu Edition from LocksmithArmy

Changes from Pokémon Red Emu Edition

Ekans is added since Route 4

Bellsprout and Mankey added since Route 5 (rare to find)

Growlithe added since Route 7

Farfetch'd,Mr Mime are very common in Route 21

Pokemon starters (Bulbasaur,Charmander and Squirtle) are Level 5 and 10% to find

Tangela now is rare in Route 21

Jynx added in Route 22 and common to find

Electabuzz in Power Plant Very Rare to Find 5%

Gengar added in Pokemon Tower Level 28 and Very rare to find 5% and also Uknown Dungeon Level 20

Kabuto and Omanyte still on bottom basement of Seafoam Island at Lv. 5

Alakazam , Golem and Machamp added in Victory Road 3 and are very rare to find at level 40's and also Uknown Dungeon Level 20

Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan can be found in the safari zone... in the East and West respectively... both at Lv. 5 for training purposes.

Scyther,Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan added at Safari Zone

Mew is added as a Pokemon Prize for 9999 , Porygon Nerfed for 4545 and my Red Emu Edition 2.0 for 5454 (soon...)

INSTRUCTIONS:

For to patch this IPS file you only need the contents of this .rar file and your original copy of Pokemon Red Version (USA,Europe)(SGB Enhanced).

Unzip this .rar archive (I use WinRAR) to any location on your computer.
Add your Pokemon Blue Version rom to that folder.
Double click the "Lunar IPS.exe" application
Once it is opened click "Apply IPS Patch"
Then select the "Pokemon - BlueVersion (Emu Edition).ips" file
Next you will be prompted to select your clean copy of Pokemon Red Version...
After you select your rom the patch will be applied...
