Coin Spikes
Hack of Super Mario Bros.
Description
This patch replaces coins with spikes that injure the player, thus damaging big Mario and killing small Mario. The code was originally found in a ROM from an old Japanese board.
The spike sprite was ripped from Super Mario Bros. Deluxe.

v.1.1 Added the letter K tile back since it's being used in the castle completion text
