Boss Health Fill Speedup
Hack of Mega Man 4
Description
This patch changes the speed at which the health energy of the bosses fill up.
In vanilla Mega Man 4, this takes way longer than in any other MM game.
With this patch, filling up boss health takes as long as it does in Mega Man 5 and 6.
A noticeable improvement.

- 1.1 applies this change to the fortress (final stage) bosses as well.
