Description |
Best clone by far of Street Fighter II on NES. Also the best fighting game of the system. To be a pirate game, the result is impressive, with 9 playable characters and their respective special moves, stages and endings. The controls respond quite well, and it's fun to play, especially with friends. His most obvious fault is in the artistic section: Portraits of the characters are poorly executed. Some stages are impressive (Ryu's Stage), others use strange color patterns (Dhalsim's Stage), or have flaws that would seem easy to fix with a little work (Ken's Stage). Endings are also irregular, and in general, the game look somewhat dark, dull, or are not faithful to the original game. There's a list of the improvements:
-Title Screen now it shows Street Fighter II and not Street Fighter III. Color palette edited to look more like the original.
-Char Select Screen edited. Portraits of the characters are remade based on the SNES version. Minor arrangements on the world map and the airplane.
-Versus Screen portraits edited. Again, the illustrations are drawn based on the originals. Versus logo replaced.
-General changes at all stages to make them brighter and more faithful to the originals. Some errors are fixed with Tile Editor.
-Except Chun-Li, the palette of all sprites is checked.
-All character endings are polished, or redone.
A image is better than thousand words, just check it out and enjoy it!
