Streets of Rage 2 x Warriors of Fate (aka. Tenchi wo Kurau)
- The warriors from the era of the Three Kingdoms come to the streets of rage!
- Featuring moves, combos, and voices that extremely resemble the arcade game Warriors of Fate.
Introduction:
It was believed that Mr. X was killed in the explosion in his secret base, and the city was peaceful again.
However, Dr. Guai, an evil sorcerer of the Syndicate, used dark magic and resurrected Mr. X. While Axel and his friends were travelling abroad, the Syndicate soon conquered the city.
While it seems all hope is lost, the angels in the heaven send the spirits of four great ancient warriors of Shu-Han Dynasty to the city. Their mission is to protect the city and send Mr. X back to hell.
The Syndicate thugs may be able to bully unarmed civilians, but they stand no chance against the true warriors of fate.

* Four new playable characters replacing the original team

* Default difficulty is changed to hard

* New title screen
* Zhao Yun can kick the enemy after grapple
* Guan Yu's windmill blade has a short time of invulnerability
V1.32 update:
* Sound fix and animation fix
* Player does not drop the weapon when grabbing an enemy
* Jump lag fix
V1.24 Update:
* FA and FFB moves of each character now have a short time of invulnerability
* KO count is displayed during gameplay
* It takes 3 hits to knock down an enemy, just like the arcade.
* Guan, Zhang, and Wei can scurry when the player double presses forward.
* All player characters can run/scurry in diagonal direction, but not turn about.
* Zhao can knock down enemies when running, just like the arcade.
* Zhang can use pile driver almost the same way as the arcade.
* Zhao's BC move is slower, more powerful, and has a short time of invulnerability.
* Zhao can throw the enemy in the same way as the arcade.
* Wei can use forward button to control the movement of his somersault kick.
* Kickboxers cannot block any attack from the players.
* A few other minor adjustments.
The IPS must be applied to Streets of Rage 2 (USA)
Known Glitches:
* In a two players mode, certain moves may corrupt the pictures for a few frames. Character tiles will return normal when the moves finish, but knives and darts won't.
