Restore Unused Fanfares
Hack of Secret of Mana
Description
This patch adds the missing fanfare music back into Secret of Mana.

There are two unused tracks in the ROM:

- Unused fanfare 1: Now played when receiving Sea Hare's Tail.
- Unused fanfare 2: Now played when receiving the Moogle Belt.

The Sea Hare's Tail sidequest is a good spot to insert the missing music because none of the original fanfare music played is unique. So this isn't replacing anything that isn't already played elsewhere.

Important things to note:

- Apply this to an unheadered ROM.
- How to combine this with the Variable Width Font hack: 1. Apply VWF, 2. Remove header, 3. Apply Restore Unused Fanfares, 4. Apply Restore Unused Fanfares VWF support.
- How to combine this with Relocalized: 1. Apply Relocalized, 2. Apply Restore Unused Fanfares, 3. Apply Restore Unused Fanfares Relocalized support.
