Description
It's a bird it's a plan no it's Implausible Pac-Man and boy is he in trouble.
With no power Pellets, he can't chomp ghost instead Pac-Man is the one being chased.
Luckily he employed some help.

This is the complete Final Version. Archive includes a full Readme and the beta patch too was left in there. Why not. Enjoy..
