Minor fixes for Mortal Kombat II
Hack of Mortal Kombat 2
Description
This hack fixes three things to make the game more like its arcade counterpart:

It switches the player one and two colors of Johnny Cage around.

It changes Rayden's name back to his correct arcade name, Raiden.

It restores Kintaro's punch, he never used it because of a programming error.

The 0xED hex editor was used to make this hack.
