Hack of Persona 2: Eternal Punishment
Description
The "Parameters increased" mutation will not happen, so personae with low stats will remain as such. This will make the other normal mutations more common, although the maximum reroll amount has been reduced so that in some cases no mutation will happen instead, and the rare mutation remains rare.
