In December 2016, a user by the name of NightBlader made a great hack called Super Mario RPG Plus. Many changes were made to personal taste based off of the original work. Several of the author's original ideas have been left implemented. To distinguish this hack from the original there are many gameplay changes, since the original author wanted only a vanilla+ hack, he scrapped the gameplay changes. Many names of monsters and items were changed and added/deviated from the original hack. There are new FP costs, Specials learned at different levels, level up stat changes, and level up bonuses changed. Some changes are reverted. Graphics are even changed up a bit.
Staff note: The author has requested this patch be removed due to bugs they do not have time to fix. |
