Hack of Human Sports Festival

Description

This hack lets you play Formation Soccer Human Cup '92 as a standalone HuCard game.
Formation Soccer Human Cup '92 is part of the "Human Sports Festival" game compilation, released only in Japan exclusively for the Super CD-ROM², a CD attachment system add-on for the PC Engine. So before we can patch it, we must first extract the "Formation Soccer" rom from the "Human Sports Festival" CD image.

If your image is in the iso/cue format, you need to convert it into separate tracks:

You can do this using a program called TurboRip,
the PC Engine/TG-16 CD-ROM ISO/WAV/CUE Ripper:

And to extract the rom from the data track (track 2)
you need subfile.exe from the ECM Command-Line Pack:
https://github.com/RDCH106/ECM/releases/

Now put track2.iso and subfile.exe in the same folder
and run from the command line the following command: subfile.exe track2.iso 0x221000 262144 soccer.pce

Patch this "soccer.pce" rom with "Formation Soccer Human Cup 92.pce.ips"
rename the new file to "Formation Soccer Human Cup 92.pce" and it's done! The game is 100% in English.
