This is a player sprite hack of Streets of Rage 2 which replaces Max for Tick. The voices of Max was replaced by the voices of Tick from the Sega Genesis game "The Tick", his speed was increased, his physics was modified, he is capable of running and tick has different attacks in comparison with Max.
