Hack of Mega Man 2
Description
This patches IKA's Rockman No Constancy to replace Rockman with Roll.
It uses assets from Zynk Oxhyde's Roll-chan 2 version 2.1.

Version 3a[list]
[li]Support for Rockman No Constancy 1.0, 1.2, and 1.3.[/li]
[li]Completely remade to have fewer changes. No more enemy graphics from Roll-chan 2.[/li]
[li]Version 2b included for people who liked the old changes.[/li]
[li]Alternate patch for 1.2 that improves some weapons.[/li]
[li]Alternate patch for 1.3 hard that makes it harder.[/li]
[li]Roll-chan 2 patch no longer required.[/li][/list]
