Hack of Lufia & the Fortress of Doom

Description

This mod offers censorship removal, feature restoration from the NTSC-J release, and gameplay enhancements. Based on Lufia: Decensored by D, which restores alcohol references, priests, and bunny girls. (Terms from Decensored that do not conform to the standards of Lufia games in English, such as Fu-Lay and Erin, have been reverted, e.g. Spark and Erim, etc.)

[list][li]Incorporated Fast Walker by JCE3000GT, with tweaks by rainponcho and Justin3009.[/li]
[li]Incorporated Encounter Rate Fix (50%) by Ok Impala!.
[li]Restored crosses to church walls.[/li]
[li]Final boss now uses its battle script from the Japanese original.[/li]
[li]Lufia and Selan can equip Jerin and Artea's Zircon equipment, plus the Might Shield and Might Helmet.[/li]
[li]Rock Golems can drop Might Shields.[/li]
[li]Item descriptions restored.[/li]
[li]Text printing noise now plays when enabling "Fast" Message Speed.[/li]
[li]For series consistency: names of characters, terms, spells, and items conform to the standards of Frue Lufia by Artemis.[/li]
[li]Addendum patch: Unlock Try Again Mode without needing to beat the game.[/li]
[li]Audio defaults to Stereo when starting a new game.[/li][/list]

- Equipping Sheer Silk no longer increases encounter rate
- Poison depletes HP while walking again, but is also active in towns--watch out!
