| Description |
This is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog CD for the Sega CD. It adds several new moves and makes modifications to the game. The following gameplay modifications present are:
*Sonic the Hedgehog 2 style Spin dash (hold Down to duck, press A/B/C to charge).
*Sonic the Hedgehog Megamix style homing attack (pressing A/B/C while rolled in a ball).
*Air Roll (when in the air without being in a ball, press A/B/C/Down to curl into a ball).
*Air speed cap removed.
*Mini-Sonic can now do the spin dash.
The patches are for various regions of game. There are patches for the US, EU, and JP regions. The Game dump must be in ISO format, not BIN + CUE. Patch only the ISO file, not the MP3 files. The game dumps vary in size from 110-120 MB.
Alternately to using these patches a program has been created called Option Select Tool which can be downloaded at this link. |
