Light Fantasy 2 is the imaginatively-titled sequel to Light Fantasy, and appears to follow on from the story of the first. It really lays it on with the cute, with big, cute colourful graphics and a font with big loopy letters and smiley faces. That's not to mention the fact that you start the game out as a cute little baby.
It's a mostly straight-forward RPG, although battles are in a sort of pseudo-strategy style like in Emerald Dragon. It'll be interesting to see how the story turns out.
