Game Description
Mega Man Battle Network 6: Cybeast Falzar is the last installment in the GBA MMBN series. The Battle Network series itself is a really great Action-RPG/Puzzle/Strategy hybrid. Given that they had to establish the genre mix from the ground up, its a pretty decent feat.

The battle system of the game consists of the regular 9 panels vs 9 panels as established in earlier games. The addition to this one is that you can fuse with other NAVIs to make an even stronger one with element affinities or different powered up attacks. It's similar to Battle Network 5, but these fusions are available in battle from the get go as soon as you unlock them in the story.

The real kicker that separates this game with the earlier Battle Networks is that you can fuse with Cybeast Falzar, a mechanical phoenix. This fusion can also fuse with the other NAVIs, bringing up 12 combinations to fight with.

The version differences with Cybeast Gregar are various text changes and more importantly the fusion NAVIs and Falzar being replaced with Gregar, the mechanical wolf.

The two versions are capable of linking up and trading battle chips and duking out in a battle. Lesser known fact is that you can also link up with Konami's Boktai 3, but this crossover link up is Japan only sadly.

Overall, the isometric graphics and gameplay is what made this game great. Some may say that the puzzles were tough but it added a more brain over brawn feel to the game. Cybeast Falzar is an excellent game and a recommended play on the Game Boy Advance.
