This is a tutorial I made on PS2 translation hacking. Since I noticed there weren't any tutorials on hacking and translating PS2 games I decided to make a document.

This document goes over things such as extracting files from a PS2 game, finding text, finding graphics, basic MIPS assembly and will even teach you how to find a text routine in a PS2 game.
